As mentioned on the back cover page, I like to make the composition for wrap covers pleasing when viewed as a whole or as either side by itself. This cover is for my comic The Right Joe, a short tale chronicling the dating woes of Dee, an avid coffee-drinker. On the cover I wanted to have her leaning forward to show great interest in her date, who in turn, seems a lot less invested. I designed the cover so that he would literally be out of the picture upon first viewing the book to reflect how the men in the book aren't particularly present with Dee.
