A large, disembodied hand squeezes a figure that is part toothpaste tube and part woman. She has no arms and the neck of her garment is like the tip of the tube where the toothpaste comes out. She is in profile and her expression is slightly pained. Her hair flares out in a violent motion. Behind her is a toothbrush about her height.
